Eight building blocks for documentation, information, translation, and automation. Each runs on your computers or your phone system—data only leaves the premises when you want it to, and even then, only with your own key.
A container on your network, accessed just like any other application—same login, same management.
The knowledge base the agents draw their answers from.
This is where your company’s knowledge lives: knowledge areas, sources, and individual text fragments. The chat agent and phone agent retrieve their information directly from this collection — whatever you change here is reflected in their next response.
The application deliberately does not maintain its own copy. Every list is retrieved fresh from the knowledge base, and every change is applied there immediately.
Build workflows instead of describing them.
Build recurring tasks yourself: read incoming data, check the content, pass the result on. The graphical editor comes with several hundred ready-made building blocks, while AI-powered steps run through your own interface.
One example from our own operations: a photo of an incoming invoice is read, checked, and stored as an XRechnung — without anyone having to type a thing.
Two languages, one conversation, no pause in between.
Your workplace interpreter. Select a microphone and speaker, choose the two languages, and start speaking — the translation keeps up while the conversation is still happening. For the reception desk, video conferences, or conversations with suppliers.
Nothing to install: the browser sets up the session automatically.
One gateway to AI — for every application in your organization.
Instead of storing a provider key in every application, they all use the same endpoint. Improve text, analyze and compare images, transcribe speech, extract data from invoices and forms — every capability through a single API call.
Each calling application gets its own key, which you can revoke individually at any time. The API is described using an OpenAPI specification, which can be downloaded directly from the interface.
They connect as an extension to your phone system or sit on your website — and answer from the same knowledge base.
A conversation partner that listens and responds.
The voice-enabled information assistant for your website or intranet. Visitors simply speak — the agent listens, finds the answer in your knowledge base, and responds naturally by voice. Add an avatar if you want it to have a face, too.
No menu to navigate, no keyword search, no form to fill out.
Answers when no one else can.
The agent registers as a regular extension on your phone system. Callers simply describe what they need in their own words, and the agent responds using your knowledge base — in the evening, on weekends, or whenever all lines are busy.
No changes to your phone system are required: simply set up an extension.
The interpreter is on the line.
A call comes in, the agent answers and asks which language is needed. It then calls the appropriate employee and interprets in both directions from that point on: everyone speaks their own language, and both understand each other.
The agent sits between the two calls — the employee answers just as they would any other incoming call.
