The discount applies to all users once the threshold is reached. Minimum quantity per product: 5 users.

Term, hosting, additional costs

  • Term: cancellable monthly after 12 months, 24 months −10%, 36 months −15%.
  • Hosting in a data center in Germany: +€2.50 per user per month, including monitoring and daily backups. From 40 users.
  • AI usage: runs through your own provider key and is billed directly by the provider — guideline range €1 to €15 per active user per month.
  • Setup and training: billed according to effort; daily rate €1,100, online sessions also available for half days.

All prices are in euros, net, plus statutory VAT (currently 19%). Example: €19.90 net corresponds to €23.68 gross. This offer is exclusively intended for businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), public authorities and legal entities under public law, and not for consumers.
